品管圈在提高妇产科首台择期手术准点开台管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索品管圈对妇产科择期手术准点开台率的影响。方法成立品管圈活动小组选定主题、查找问题与要因分析、完善制度管、理建立多学科合作模式、优化工作流程等并对比品管圈开展前后效果。结果品管圈活动后首台择期手术准点开始率由42.28%提升到79.85%,影响择期手术准点开台相关因素的发生率明显降低,活动后首台择期手术准点开台率明显提高(P<0.01),全体圈员品管圈手法运用、个人能力发挥、沟通技巧、责任与荣誉感、活动参与度等均有不同程度的成长(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能有效提高首台择期手术的准点开台率,从根本上改变了当前的手术延误现状,品管圈使手术室护士得到成长,提高职业认同感。Objective To explore the impact of Quality Control Circle(QCC) activities on time rate of first elective gynecological and obstetric surgery. Methods The QCC group was set up to select the theme,find out the problems and reasons,improve the system management,establish the multidisciplinary cooperation mode,and optimize the work flow.The effect of the quality management circle were compared before and after the implementation. Results After QCC activities,the on time rate of first elective surgeries increased from 42.28% to 79.85%, the incidence of factors influencing the on time rate of first elective surgeries decreased,the on time rate of the first elective surgeries increased after the quality management circle activity ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).The QCC technique using,personal abilities,communication skills,responsibility and sense of honor,and participation of the members in the circle had varying degrees of growth ( P <0.01). Conclusion QCC activities improves the on time rate of first elective surgery,decrease surgery delay,which is helpful to nurses' self-improvement and increases nurses' self-esteem.
