摘　　要：新时期我国各级综合档案馆作为公共文化服务体系建设的重要参与者,是社会公共文化建设的重要支撑。充分挖掘综合档案馆所蕴藏的文化价值并将其最大化地融入文化服务体系建设中,已成为新时期档案工作者和公共文化领域所面临的新课题。文章对现阶段我国综合档案馆在构建公共文化服务体系过程中的影响和作用进行剖析,并在此基础上对综合档案馆的发展建设途径及策略进行阐述,以期实现二者的互动共赢。In the new period, as important participants in the construction of the public cultural service system, comprehensive archives at all levels are significant pillars for the construction of social public culture. It has become a new subject for archivists and public culture fields in the new era to fully excavate the cultural value of the comprehensive archives and integrate them into the construction of the cultural service system to the maximum. This paper analyzes the influence and function of the comprehensive archives in the process of constructing the public cultural service system at the present stage. On the basis, the paper expounds the way and strategy of development of comprehensive archives to achieve the interaction between the two win-win solutions.
