摘　　要：采用中国大学生人格量表(CCSPS)和大学生宿舍冲突管理方式量表,经过对四个高校大学生调研数据的分析,发现大学生的人格特质对宿舍冲突处理方式有显著的影响。大学生的活跃人格和坚韧人格对大学生冲突处理行为的影响较大。公办高校的大学生在活跃人格上显著低于民办高校,因此公办高校更应着重采用各种方式,提升大学生的活跃人格。Using the Chinese College Student Personality Scale (CCSPS) and the College Student Dormitory Conflict Management Style Scale,through the investigation of College students,it is found that the personality traits of college students have a significant impact on the way of dealing with dormitory conflict.The active personality and tough personality of college students have great influence on their conflict management behavior.The active personality of college students in public universities is significantly lower than that of private universities.Therefore,public universities should focus on various ways to enhance the active personality of College students.
