摘　　要：目的探讨有限接触动力加压钢板(LC-DCP材料)与锁定加压钢板(LCP材料)植入治疗四肢创伤骨折骨不连的效果及安全性。方法选取2016年1月~2018年11月我院收治的72例四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组(36例)和B组(36例)。A组采用LC-DCP材料进行植入治疗,B组采用LCP材料植入治疗。比较两组的手术情况、骨痂生长情况和并发症总发生率。结果两组的手术时间、手术切口和骨折愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的骨痂生长情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LC-DCP材料与LCP材料植入治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连均有显著效果,在临床治疗中需要根据患者的实际情况,合理选择使用的植入材料。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of limited contact dynamic compression plate (LC-DCP) and locking compression plate (LCP) implantation in the treatment of nonunion of traumatic fracture of extremities. Methods A total of 72 patients with nonunion after traumatic fracture of extremities from January 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into group A (36 cases) and group B (36 cases) according to random number table method. Group A was treated with LC-DCP and group B with LCP. The operation conditions, callus growth and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in operation time, incision time and fracture healing time between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in callus growth between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion LC-DCP material and LCP material implantation in the treatment of non-union after traumatic fracture of limbs have significant effect. In clinical treatment, it is necessary to select the appropriate implantation material according to the actual situation of patients.
