围术期护理在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期护理在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年9月~2015年12月在我院接受治疗的80例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组行常规护理,研究组进行围术期护理。比较两组的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生情况和护理总满意度。结果研究组的骨折愈合时间和住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期护理不仅能使患者的住院时间缩短,加快骨折愈合,还可使患者对护理的满意度提高,在临床上值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing care in patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the research group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were received routine nursing, while patients in the research group were received perioperative nursing. The hospitalization time, fracture healing time, postoperative complications and nursing total satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The healing time and hospitalization time of fracture in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the total satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture can not only shorten the hospitalization time and accelerate fracture healing, but also greatly improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing, which is worthy of wide promotion in clinical practice.
