摘 要:原矿仓放矿过程中矿石的冲击和磨损易造成原矿仓的变形、失稳和垮塌。针对这种问题,采用BLSS-PE矿用三维激光扫描仪对某矿山大垮塌原矿仓进行三维激光扫描,精确地建立起原矿仓的三维可视化模型,获得其形态、边界和位置等信息。基于原矿仓的修复方案,运用FLAC3D软件对原矿仓垮塌破坏情况进行数值模拟,掌握了附近围岩的地压分布状况,重点分析了原矿仓修复治理过程中整体结构的稳定性。数值模拟结果表明:采用双控锚索+锚网喷联合支护修复治理方案,原矿仓的破坏得到有效限制,围岩的稳定性也相应提高,同时破坏区域围岩的受力状态得到了改善,保证了作业人员安全,治理效果明显。The impact and wear in the ore mining processis likely to cause deformation, instability and collapse of original ore bin. Aiming at this problem, the 3D laser scanning of the mine's large collapsed ore bin was carried out by BLSS-PE mine 3D laser scanner, and the 3D visualization model of the original mine bin was accurately established to the shape, boundary and location. The numerical simulation results show that the damage control of the original mine is effectively limited by the dual-control anchor cable and anchor-mesh-shot combined support repair scheme,and the stability of the stability of surrounding rock. At the same time, the stress state of the surrounding rock is improved. This scheme ensures the safety of the operators and the effect of the treatment is obvious.
