摘 要:以污水厂二沉池剩余污泥作为固定化微生物吸附重金属的实验对象,从某污水处理厂活性污泥取样筛选出了一株高效重金属Ni^2+吸附菌Z-2,通过分子生物学鉴定,确定其为苏云金芽孢杆菌,并考察了Z-2的重金属吸附性能。结果表明,菌株Z-2 对Ni^2+具有较强的吸附性,投加3 g/L (湿重)的菌体,对50 mg/L Ni废水中吸附去除率达到 30.67%,菌株Z-2对Ni^2+的吸附过程能很好地用吸附模型Langmuir方程,为更好地实现微生物吸附处理污泥中重金属离子工业化提供依据。The excess sludge of the secondary sedimentation tank of the sewage treatment plant was used as the experimental object for the adsorption of heavy metals by immobilized microorganisms. A high-efficiency heavy metal Ni^2+ adsorptionbacterial strain Z-2 was screened from the activated sludge of a sewage treatment plant and identified by molecular biology. It was identified as bacillus thuringiensis, and the heavy metal adsorption performance of Z-2 was examined. The results showed that the strain Z-2 had strong adsorption to Ni^2+, and the cells with 3 g/L (wet weight) were added, and the adsorption removal rate of the wastewater of 50 mg/L Ni reached 30.67%. The adsorption process of Ni^2+ can well use the Langmuir equation of adsorption model to provide a basis for better industrialization of heavy metal ions in sludge adsorption treatment.
