摘　　要：目的探究糖皮质激素联合鼻内镜术治疗鼻息肉的效果及对患者术后生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2017年2月至2018年2月就诊于我院的98例鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为单一组和联合组,各49例。单一组采用鼻内镜治疗,联合组采用鼻内镜联合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术一般情况、生活质量及复发率。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组的术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间均优于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分均降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者的术后复发率低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合鼻内镜术治疗鼻息肉的效果显著,复发率较低,可减少患者术中出血量、缩短手术时间及住院时间,提高患者术后生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of glucocorticoid combined with nasal endoscopy in the treatment of nasal polyps and its influence on the life quality of patients after operation.Methods A total of 98 patients treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into single group and combined group according to the different treatment methods,with 49 cases in each group.The single group was treated with nasal endoscopy and the combined group was treated with nasal endoscopy combined with glucocorticoid.The clinical efficacy,general condition of treatment in operation,quality of life and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).The bleeding volume,hospitalization time and operation time of the combined group were better than those of the single group(P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups decreased,and that in the combined group was lower than the single group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoids combined with nasal endoscopy is effective in the treatment of nasal polyps,with a low recurrence rate.It can reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten operation time and hospital stay,and improve patients'quality of life after operation.
