痛痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的超声疗效

摘　　要：目的采用超声检测方法分析痛痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月至2017年12月我院收治的139例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为中药组(n=61)及西药组(n=78)。西药组使用甲氨蝶呤及英夫利昔单抗进行治疗,中药组在西药组的基础上服用痛痹汤。比较两组患者的类风湿因子、血沉、C反应蛋白水平、血小板计数、滑膜分级、关节积液、骨侵蚀和血流分级评分。结果中药组患者的血沉、C反应蛋白水平和血小板计数均低于西药组(P<0.05);中药组患者的滑膜分级、骨侵蚀和血流分级评分均低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论痛痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果理想,应用超声检测可以有效评价类风湿关节炎患者的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the ultrasound therapeutic effect of Tongbi decoction in the treatment rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 139 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2017 were selected as study objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into Chinese medicine group(n=61)and western medicine group(n=78).The western medicine group was treated with methotrexate and infliximab,while the Chinese medicine group was treated with Tongbi decoction on the basis of the western medicine group.The levels of rheumatoid factor,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein,platelet count,scores of synovial membrane grade,joint effusion,bone erosion and blood flow grade were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein and platelet count in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The scores of synovial membrane grade,bone erosion and blood flow grade of the Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongbi decoction has an ideal effect on rheumatoid arthritis and ultrasound detection can effectively evaluate the treatment efficacy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
