康复前移在四期压疮患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨康复前移在四期压疮患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院90例四期压疮患者随机分为对照组(常规压疮护理)与观察组(常规压疮护理+康复前移),各45例。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的疾病认知度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,两组患者的疾病认知度评分均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后6个月,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后6个月,两组患者日常生活能力评分均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用康复前移护理对四期压疮患者实施压疮护理的效果更为优异,可有效降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者疾病认知度,改善其不良情绪和日常生活能力,从而促使患者能独立生活。Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation forward movement in nursing of patients with PhaseⅣpressure ulcer.Methods A total of 90 patients with PhaseⅣpressure ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(routine pressure uleer nursing)and observation group(routine pressure ulcer nursing+rehabilitation forward movement),with 45 cases in each group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in disease awareness score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after intervention,the disease awareness scores of both groups increased,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before interv ention,there were no significant differences in score of SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in activities of daily living scores between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after intervention,activities of daily living scores of both groups increased,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation forward movementin nursing is more effective for PhaseⅣpressure ulcer patients.It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,enhance patients'disease awareness,improve bad mood and daily living ability,and promote patients to live independently.
