摘 要:从地震模拟实验和有限元计算两方面对核电站厂房内的环行起重机在特定地震波作用下的动力特性进行了研究。通过有限元软件Abaqus仿真得到与环行起重机原型模态相同的动力等效模型,据此加工制作出实验模型,在抗震实验台进行地震模拟实验,通过与等效模型和原型仿真时程分析结果对比,验证了等效模型的准确性和有限元建模方法、约束设置的正确性,并为今后环行起重机的抗震设计提供了参考。The dynamic characteristics of the polar crane in the nuclear power plant under the action of specific seismic waves are studied from the aspects of earthquake simulation experiment and finite element calculation. Through finite element software Abaqus simulation, the same dynamic equivalent model as the prototype mode of the polar crane is obtained. Based on this, an experimental model is manufactured, and an earthquake simulation experiment is carried out on an earthquakeresistant experimental table. Through comparison with the results of equivalent model and prototype simulation time-history analysis, the accuracy of the equivalent model, the correctness of finite element modeling method and constraint setting are verified, and a reference is provided for the earthquake-resistant design of the polar crane in the future.
