摘 要:本文基于地理邻近和组织邻近维度,将教师创新合作划分为四种模式,利用985高校355名教师数据,采用负二项回归法,对不同创新合作模式与教师科研绩效之间的关系进行了识别,并对跨学科程度是否调节两者间的关系进行了判断。研究得出如下结论:区域内学学合作和区域间学学合作对教师科研绩效的影响是正向显著的,且这种关系受到跨学科程度的负向调节作用,其中,区域内学学合作的促进作用更为明显,说明地理邻近对教师科研绩效的影响还是存在的。与一般预期不一致的是,研究结果显示产学合作对教师科研绩效的促进作用并不显著。Based on the perspective of geographical proximity and organizational proximity,it divides teachers' innovation collaboration into four modes and uses 355 teachers' innovation collaboration data from 985 universities,and adopts the methods of negative binomial regression analysis.This study empirically analyzes the impact of different innovation collaboration mode on the teachers' research performance,with a specific focus on the adjustment relationship of interdisciplinary degree.The results shows that academic-academic collaboration in intra-region and inter-region has a significant role in promoting teachers' research performance.And this relationship is negatively regulated by interdisciplinary degree.The results also suggest that university-industry collaboration in intra-region and inter-region has no obvious effect on the teachers' research performance.
