摘  要:针对Halbach永磁阵列具有单边聚磁,提高气隙磁场磁通密度基波幅值和改善磁通密度波形的正弦性的优异特性,研究了一种改进型的Halbach永磁阵列。该阵列结构简单、充磁方便、易于优化,进一步改善了气隙磁通密度的正弦度,提高了磁通密度的基波幅值和反电动势基波幅值、永磁电机效率,降低了转矩脉动。运用标量磁位法对改进型Halbach永磁阵列在电机气隙中产生的磁场进行解析分析,得到了气隙磁通密度和空载反电动势的表达式,并利用Maxwell应力张量法解析电磁转矩;通过设计一台8kW的电机模型,运用磁场有限元仿真验算该方法的准确性和有效性。An improved Halbach permanent magnet array was introduced for Halbach permanent magnet arrays with single-sided magnetization,which improve the magnetic flux density of the air gap and improve the sinusoidal nature of the magnetic flux density waveform.The improved Halbach array is simple structure,easy magnetization,easy to optimize,further improved the sinusoidal of air gap flux density,increased the amplitude of fundamental wave of air gap magnetic flux density and the back-EMF amplitude,promoted permanent magnet motor efficiency,reduced torque ripples.The scalar magnetic field method was used to analyze the magnetic field generated by the modified Halbach permanent magnet array in the air gap of the motor.The expressions of air gap magnetic flux density and no-load back EMF were obtained.The Maxwell stress tensor method was used to analyze the electromagnetic torque.By designing an 8 kW motor model,the field finite element analysis was used to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the introduced method.
