摘　　要：基于热电堆红外阵列传感器,设计了一种平面温度监测系统。系统将高性能处理器STM32F767ZI作为系统的MCU,选用80pixel×64pixel像素阵列的热电堆红外传感器HTPA80x64进行温度探测。系统采用C/S架构,服务器端界面使用C#语言实现,实时显示红外热图像。服务器采用Socket通信,接收到探测阵列温度值后与灰度进行简单的线性映射,形成灰度图像。由于人眼对彩色分辨能力更高,采用灰度彩色变换算法将温度分布情况以彩色图像显示。实验表明,系统能够对探测范围内的温度分布进行良好的彩色成像,运行稳定。A plane temperature measure system is designed in this paper.The high-performance processor STM32F767ZI is chosen as the MCU of the system.Thermopile infrared sensor HTPA80x64 which means 80pixel×64pixel array is used to detect the temperature.The system is based on C/S structure.The upper computer is the server of the system,implemented in C# to display the infrared thermal image in real time.The server used Socket communication to receive the detection array temperature value and conducted a simple linear mapping with the gray scale to form the gray image.In order to improve the visual discrimination ability of human eyes on the temperature distribution,the pseudo-color image processing algorithm is used to convert the gray scale image into infrared color image.
