乌苏里蝮罹患间叶型软骨肉瘤研究

摘　　要：在人工养殖中,乌苏里蝮健康情况值得关注。为了探究病情,并为以后有效地预防和治疗提供资料,本研究室对养殖种群进行了筛查。针对其中颈部有异常肿大的个体进行了血液学检测、组织学观察和免疫组化鉴定。观察结果显示:患病蛇脂肪体系数显著大于正常蛇;白细胞和血栓细胞总数显著低于正常蛇,糖链抗原24-2 呈阳性。肿块的组织学切片及免疫组化染色结果中可见典型的上皮细胞肿瘤的特征结构——癌穴,常规用于鉴定肿瘤的标记物S100、VIM、EMA和GFAP均呈阳性,故确定该肿大物为间叶型软骨肉瘤,但诱发原因还需要进一步研讨。建议在人工繁育乌苏里蝮的过程中,需要精选种蛇,并对养殖种群进行定期的筛选,提高其健康程度。In farming,the health of Gloydius ussuriensis is a concern.We screened the breeding population to assess the status of disease among farmed Wusuli pit vipers to enhance disease prevention and treatment.An individual with abnormal swelling of the neck was examined by hematology,histology and immunohistochemistry.The results showed that the fat coefficient of suffering G.ussuriensis was significantly larger than that of uninfected snakes.The number of white blood cells and thrombus cells was significantly lower in infected snakes than in uninfected ones.Serologically tested tumor markers for carbohydrate antigen CA 24-2 were positive.Characteristic structures of typical epithelial cell tumors were detected by use of histological and immunohistochemical methods.The markers ( S100,VIM,EMA and GFAP ) for tumor identification were positive,enabling confirmation of Chondrosarcoma.The cause of inducement was not determined.We recommend that in captive breeding of G.ussuriensis ,breeder snakes be selected and the breeding population should be regularly screened for its health.
