摘　　要：2017年7月,在湖北省随州市随县采集到1号幼年蛇类标本,经形态鉴定和序列比对确定为大别山原矛头蝮,为湖北省蛇类新纪录,并首次对该种幼年时色斑予以描述,标本存于沈阳师范大学两栖爬行动物研究所标本馆。该新纪录的发现补充了对大别山原矛头蝮的形态学认识,也证明该物种在桐柏-大别山系有着更为广泛的分布。A juvenile pit viper was collected in July 2017 during a field work in Sui County,Suizhou City,Hubei Province.This specimen was identified as Protobothrops dabieshanensis ,based on morphological examination and molecular sequence comparison.This specimen represented a new species record in Hubei Province and the color pattern of the juvenile is described here for the first time.The specimen was deposited in the Institute of Herpetology,Shenyang Normal University.This specimen provides information on morphology and extends the known range of P.dabieshanensis in Tongbai-Dabie Mountains.
