纬编提花鞋面材料生产技术与发展趋势

摘　　要：为了对纬编提花鞋面材料进行产品设计开发,文章首先阐述了纬编提花鞋面材料的研究现状和市场现状,表明了其具有重要的研究价值和良好的发展前景;接着研究了生产设备的特点和编织技术,并进行了常见设备类型举例;之后研究了纬编提花鞋面材料的开发原理,分为原料选择、版型和分区设计、组织设计和定形整理方法等5个方面;然后说明了一款纬编提花鞋面材料的生产流程;最后从功能化、智能化、时尚化和定制化的角度总结了纬编提花鞋面材料的发展趋势。In order to carry out product design and development of the weft-knitted jacquard shoe upper,the paper expounded the research status and market status of the weft-knitted jacquard shoe upper firstly,indicating that it has important research value and good development prospect.And then,the paper carried out comprehensive studies on the characteristics of the production equipment and knitting technology,and set several examples of common equipment types.The development principle of weft-knitted jacquard shoe upper was studied in five aspects,i.e.,raw material selection,version&partition design,organization design,and stabilized finishing.In the end,the paper introduced the production process of a weft-knitted jacquard shoe upper,and concluded the development trend of the weft-knitted jacquard shoe upper from the perspective of functionalization,intelligentization,fashion and customization.
