双层提花仿压绉面料的开发实践

摘　　要：压绉作为面料深加工和二次设计的一种手段,在服饰中时常被采用。传统压绉面料利用化纤原料的热变形原理,在压绉机上完成;而文章设计采用一种双层纬弹大提花组织结构,利用纬向弹力丝的不同浮长和收缩效应,产生经向泡绉,搭配合理的染整后加工工艺,使面料整体形成经向直绉花型,具有三维立体效果。对该产品进行各项测试,结果均优于或等于常规产品的技术指标。Crepe is often used as a means of deep processing and secondary design of fabrics.The conventional crepe fabric is made on the calender for creping by the principle of thermal deformation of chemical fiber materials.The paper designed double-layer weft elastic jacquard structure,which uses the different float and shrinkage effects of the weft elastic yarn to produce the warp crinkled crepe.With a reasonable dyeing and finishing process,the fabric is formed into a warp crepe pattern,which has a threedimensional effect.After various tests on the products,the results were better than or equal to the technical specifications of conventional products.
