摘　　要：河南省是建筑产业大省,但建筑业专业技术人才一直相对匮乏。本文对河南省建筑业人力资源发展态势以及高校建筑业的专业设置和招生规模进行了研究,对建筑业人才需求与高校建筑人才培养的适切度作出分析,提出了加快建筑业转型升级急需人才培养的具体对策和建议。Henan is a major province in construction industry, but there has been a relative shortage of professional and technical personnel in construction industry. This paper studies the development trend of human resources in the construction industry in Henan province, as well as the specialty setting and enrollment scale of the construction industry in colleges and universities. And also analyses the demand for architectural talents and the training appropriateness in universities. It puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the talents training of transformation and upgrading of construction industry.
