摘  要:本文通过工艺流程、成分设计、冶炼轧制、退火工艺的设计生产了一种钎头用低碳高合金钢Q22BM、Q23BM电渣两火轧制退火圆钢,不仅具有高纯净度,良好的低倍、组织等特点,其抗拉强度≥1500MPa,屈服强度≥1200MPa,断后延伸率≥10%,断面收缩率≥50%,冲击功≥80J,力学性能优越且硬度≤240HB,组织为回火索氏体+铁素体,各项性能均能保证钎头用钢的要求,为钎头用钢的研制与开发提供了技术支撑与指导。In this paper, through the design of process, composition, smelting and rolling, annealing process, a low-carbon high-alloy Q22BM and Q23BM ESR two-round rolled steel for drill bits was produced, which not only has high purity, good macrostructures and organization, etc., but also its tensile strength≥1500MPa, yield strength≥ 1200MPa, elongation at rupture ≥10%, reduction of area≥50%, impact energy≥80J, superior mechanical properties and hardness≤240HB, its organization is tempered sorbite + ferrite, all the properties can meet the requirements of the steel for drill bits, which provides technical support and guidance for the research and development of the steel for drill bits.
