摘  要:本文针对真空感应+真空自耗工艺冶炼的1Cr10Co6MoVNbN等钢种,非金属夹杂不满足某型号专用标准要求的问题,根据能谱定性分析冶炼夹杂物组成,通过冶炼控制硫化物和氧含量工艺优化,解决了该类钢纯洁度不合的问题,实现该类材料高纯净化冶炼。The series steel of 1Cr10Co6MoVNbNprovided in our company were manufactured with the process of VIM+VAR. The non-metallic inclusions in this steel could not meet the requirement specified in the relevant standard for certain usage. Aimed at this problem, the composition of the inclusions was qualitatively analyzed by the energy spectrum method. In addition, the sulphide and oxygen content were controlled during smelting. So the problem of unqualified inclusion was solved and high-level purification of the steel was realized.
