摘  要:莱钢50吨电炉受到入炉铁水、废钢等成分波动影响,电炉脱磷成为了生产的限制性环节,技术人员对现有的生产工艺进行分析,通过合理的留钢留渣操作、制定供电用氧操作模型、提高后期炉渣碱度等措施,降低了电炉终点磷成分,提高了对磷的控制能力,为钢材质量提升创造良好条件。The 50 ton EAF of Laiwu Branch, Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is affected by the fluctuation of hot metal and scrap, and dephosphorization of EAF has become a restrictive link in production. The technicians analyze the existing production process. Through the measures such as reasonable slag retention operation, formulation of oxygen operation model for power supply and improvement of slag basicity in later period, the end-point phospho? rus composition of EAF is reduced, the control ability of phosphorus is improved, and the quality of the steel is improved.
