摘　　要：本文介绍了安阳钢铁集团有限公司第二炼轧厂150t转炉干法除尘工艺,干法除尘系统泄爆的危害。系统分析了产生泄爆的原因,并结合生产实际情况采取了避免泄爆的有效措施,减少了泄爆发生的次数,从而提高了生产效率。In this article the dry dedusting process of 150t converter in the Second Refining Plant of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., and the hazard of explosion in dry dedusting system are introduced. The causes of explosion leakage are analyzed systematically, and effective measures to avoid explosion leakage are taken in combination with actual production conditions. So the frequency of venting is reduced and the production efficiency is improved.
