摘 要:无车承运人作为发达国家公路运输市场的重要力量,结合我国当前的互联网发展背景,无车承运物流能够有效解决我国公路货运市场的运力过剩和信息不对称问题。2016年,交通部发布了《关于推进改革试点,加快无车承运物流创新发展的意见》,明确了无车承运人存在的条件和法律地位,为其提供了良好的发展环境。在欧美等发达国家,无车承运人模式公路运输上有着重要地位,同样,在我国也将会是未来货运市场的发展重点。文中通过对三种无车承运人商业模式的比较分析,希望能为国内无车承运人企业商业模式的开展提出指导性建议,从而引导实践向正确的方向发展。Truck broker,as an important force in the road transport market of developed countries,can effectively solve the problem of excess capacity and information asymmetry in China's road freight market by combining China's current Internet development background.In 2016,the Ministry of Communications issued the“Opinions on Promoting Reform Pilots and Accelerating the Innovation and Development of Car-Free Carrier Logistics”,clearly defining the conditions and legal status of car-free carriers and providing them with a good development environment.In developed countries such as Europe and the United States,the car-free carrier model has an indispensable position in road transport.Similarly,the car-free carrier model in China will be the focus of future cargo market development.Through the comparative analysis of the three car-free carrier business models,this paper hopes to provide guiding suggestions for the development of the domestic car-free carrier business model,so as to further guide the practice to the right direction.
