摘 要:目前我国钢铁行业的物流仓储环节还存在机械化水平低、物流环节设计不恰当、仓储布局不合理等问题。文中以H钢铁物流园的螺纹钢仓储为例,针对螺纹钢仓储环节中流转次数多、装卸效率低的问题,运用ABC分类法对产品进行分类,进而使用FP-Tree算法的产品相关性分析,得出螺纹钢摆放的最优位置,对其仓储进行优化。At present,the logistics and warehousing links in China's steel industry still have problems such as low mechanization level,inappropriate design of logistics links,and unreasonable storage layout.Taking the rebar storage of H Steel Logistics Park as an example,this paper uses ABC classification method to classify products and analyze the product correlation using FP-Tree algorithm for the problem of high number of circulation and low loading and unloading efficiency in rebar storage.The optimal position of the rebar placement is obtained and its storage is optimized.
