摘 要:连锁超市成为生鲜农产品的主要交易场所之一。然而生鲜农产品易变质腐烂的特征和我国农产品物流配送体系发展水平较低的现状导致连锁超市生鲜农产品流通环节损耗较高,且安全得不到保障。文中分析了连锁超市背景下的生鲜农产品物流配送体系现状,并提出了一些优化建议。Supermarket chains have become one of the main trading places for fresh agricultural products.However,the perishable and rotten characteristics of fresh agricultural products and the low level of development of the logistics and distribution system of agricultural products in our country lead to higher losses in the circulation of agricultural products in chain supermarkets,and the security is not guaranteed.This paper analyses the current situation of fresh agricultural products logistics distribution system under the background of chain supermarkets,and puts forward some optimization suggestions.
