摘 要:健美操运动作为一项力量、协调、柔韧等素质相互融合的健身项目受到广大民众的喜爱与追捧。但就专项素质而言,想要真正体现出健美操的的艺术性还需要练习者有针对性的提高其肌肉力量、耐力、协调、柔韧等素质。功能性训练作为一种新兴的训练思路,可以针对身体各方面的功能性进行强化拓展,帮助练习者更好地适应运动项目。文章就功能性训练在健美操运动中的应用展开探讨,以期帮助推进功能性训练与健美操项目之间的融合,更好地促进健美操运动的发展。Aerobics as a fitness projects strength, with the integration of coordination, flexibility and other qualities, is loved and pursued by general public. However, in terms of specific quality, to truly reflect the artistic quality of aerobics, it is necessary for practitioners to specifically improve their muscle strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility and other qualities. Functional training, as a new training idea, can be strengthened and expanded according to the functional aspects of the body to help practitioners better adapt to sports. This paper discusses the application of functional training in aerobics, in order to promote the integration of functional training and aerobics, and promote the development of aerobics.
