八元瓜环与二亚甲基吡啶三硫配合物晶体结构

摘  要:以八元瓜环和2,2-联吡啶-3,3-二[3-亚甲基吡啶-5-(1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫醚)]为原料,在盐酸水溶液中进行加热反应得到八元瓜环与二(3-亚甲基吡啶)三硫化合物的主-客体自组装包结配合物,其结构通过单晶X-射线衍射技术进行表征。实验结果表明:客体分子的三个硫原子置于瓜环空腔内,而两端吡啶环置于瓜环端口从而形成1:1的主-客体自组装包结配合物。A new self-assembly host-guest inclusion complex of 3-((3-(pyridin-3-ylmethyl )trisulfanyl )methyl )pyridine and cucurbit [8] uril was synthesized and characterized by single X-ray crystal diffraction. Cucurbit [8] uril was added to a saturated solution of 3-((3-(pyridin-3-ylmethyl )trisulfanyl )methyl )pyridine in HCl at room temperature. The experiment results revealed that the host cucurbit [8] uril included the guest s three sulfur atoms moiety and two protonated pyridine rings protrude from the two opening portals of host respectively formed 1 : 1 host-guest inclusion complex.
