摘  要:利用超声破壁处理桦褐孔菌子实体,粉末于90%乙醇浸泡168h后过滤。用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取上层溶液得到石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇粗提物。经检测乙酸乙酯粗提物有较好的抑菌和抗氧化效果。将乙酸乙酯粗提物在硅胶柱中进行梯度洗脱得到4种组分,确定其中1,2,3号产物有抑菌作用,4种均有抗氧化作用,2号分离产物抗氧化效果最好。核磁共振检测显示均为萜类化合物。The fruiting bodies of Inonotus obliquus were treated by ultrasonic wave breaking, and the powder was soaked in 90% ethanol for 168 h and then filtered. The upper layer solution was sequentially extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol to obtain petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and crude n-butanol. The crude ethyl acetate extract had good antibacterial and antioxidant effects. The crude ethyl acetate extract was subjected to gradient elution on a silica gel column to obtain four components, and it was confirmed that the products of No.1, 2 and 3 had antibacterial action, four of which had antioxidant effect, and the antioxidant effect of No.2 isolated product was the best. NMR tests showed that they were all terpenoids.
