摘  要:重量法测量锰磷化膜重时,常规测量过程中使用铬酐易造成对操作者健康的损害和对环境的污染,本文用乙二胺四乙酸二钠和氢氧化钠的组合试剂替代铬酐。研究表明,当乙二胺四乙酸二钠浓度为150~170g/L,氢氧化钠浓度为150~170g/L,与常规方法的相对测量误差在5%以内,符合膜重测量数据的准确度要求,且无需加热、操作简便、环境友好。In order to avoid the harm caused by chromium anhydride in the conventional measurement of the weight of manganese phosphating coating by gravimetric method, the combination reagent of disodium edetate and sodium hydroxide was used to replace chromium anhydride. The results showed that when the concentration of disodium edetate was 150~170 g/L and the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 150~170 g/L, the relative measurement error was less than 5% compared with the conventional method, which met the accuracy requirement of membrane weight measurement data, and did not need heating, was easy to operate and environmentally friendly.
