摘　　要：目的观察延伸护理对居家腹膜透析患者透析质量的影响。方法选取截至2013年1月至2015年6月在我中心随访的长期居家腹膜透析患者156例作为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,给予不同护理模式,随访1年,观察两组患者腹膜炎发生率、高血压控制率、患者满意度、依从性。结果随访1年来,对照组腹膜炎发生率0.35%,患者满意度79.1%,用药依从性和随访依从性较低;干预组患者腹膜炎发生率降至0.11%,患者满意度达99.5%,患者的用药依从性和随访依从性均提升。干预组的并发症发生率、满意度、依从性评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论延伸护理可有效降低腹膜透析相关并发症的发生,提高患者及家属对医院和医务人员满意度提高,增强患者继续治疗与生活的信心。Objective To observe the effect of extended nursing services on dialysis quality of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods The 156 peritoneal dialysis patients,who were in our center as of December 31,2017,were randomly divided into two groups,named intervention group and control group separately.Different nursing modes were given,and then followed up for 1 year,recorded the incidence of peritonitis, hypertension control rates, patient satisfaction and compliance.Results One year follow-up findings:In control group,the rate of peritonitis was 0.35%, and the patient satisfaction was 79.1%.In intervention group,the incidence of peritonitis dropped to 0.11%,the patient satisfaction reached up to 99.5 %, and the patient’s compliance of medication and follow-up were promoted.The indicators in intervention group were superior to the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion Extended nursing sevices can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications related to peritoneal dialysis, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families to hospitals and medical staff, and enhance the confidence of patients to continue treatment and life.
