摘　　要：分子生物技术是食用菌研究的一个重要手段,在食用菌中的应用已经相当广泛。根据近年来国内外文献报道,综述了分子生物学在食用菌品种选育、菌种鉴定、食用菌遗传多样性、功能基因定位、基因编辑等方向的应用,为进一步促进食用菌产业发展提供了参考。Molecular biology technique is a vital tool for edible fungi, which has been extensively applied in edible fungi. Based on domestic and foreign literature in recent years reported, we focused on application of molecular biology in edible fungi breeding, variety identification, edible fungi genetic polymorphism, gene mapping, gene editing technologies, which provided reference for further promoting the development of edible fungi industry.
