摘 要:为深入了解CASS系统内的反硝化除磷污泥微生物群落结构,对反应器内初始接种污泥和驯化成功的污泥进行高通量测序分析,测序结果显示CASS系统反硝化除磷污泥中富集了一定比例的、具有脱氮除磷能力的菌群,优势菌群主要有变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)。目水平上鞘脂杆菌目(Sphingobacteriales)和红环菌目(Rhodocyclales)丰度增长较大,科水平上红环菌科(Rhodocyclaceae)的丰度增长最大,可能包含具有反硝化功能的菌群。此分析结果也显示出CASS系统具有一定的脱氮除磷功能。To further understand the microbial community structure of denitrifying phosphorus removal sludge in CASS system,high throughput sequencing analysis was carried out for initial inoculation sludge and domesticated sludge.The results of high throughput sequencing showed that a certain proportion of bacteria with nitrogen and phosphorus removal ability were enriched in the sludge of denitrifying phosphorus removal in CASS system,and the dominant bacteria were mainly Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi and Bacteroidetes.Sphingobacteriales and Rhodocyclales increased the more abundances at the order level,Rhodocyclaceae increased the most abundances at the family level,possibly including denitrifying bacteria.The results also showed that the CASS system had a certain function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
