摘  要:目的:为了明确12种常用农药对茴香薄翅野螟幼虫的毒力.方法:采用胃毒法,室内测定各农药的致死浓度.结果:各农药处理24h后,毒死蜱、阿维菌素、高效氯氰菊酯、多杀菌素、氯虫苯甲酰胺、乙酰甲胺磷、三唑磷、杀虫单、杀螟丹、溴虫腈、茚虫威、丁醚脲对茴香薄翅野螟幼虫的LC50值分别为4.1278mg/L、5.1388mg/L、5.9060mg/L、5.2977mg/L、6.5671mg/L、8.8636mg/L、10.2747mg/L、14.5448mg/L、11.5089mg/L、8.5582mg/L、5.8473mg/L、55.8615mg/L;上述各农药处理48h后的LC50值分别为,2.5759mg/L、0.7514mg/L、0.9522mg/L、1.4031mg/L、0.4814mg/L、5.7853mg/L、8.3911mg/L、9.7326mg/L、6.0748mg/L、4.0121mg/L、6.1810mg/L、26.5905mg/L.结论:其中用多杀菌素、阿维菌素、氯虫苯甲酰胺和高效氯氰菊酯处理茴香薄翅野螟后的LC50相对较小,说明这几种药在生产中防治该虫时值得推广.Aims:In order to define the toxicity of 12 pesticides for Larvae of Evergestis extimalis Scopoli.Methods:The stomach poisoning method was used.Results:The results showed that the LC 50 ofchlorpyrifos,avermectins,beta-cypermethrin,spinosad,chlorantraniliprole,acephate,three-triazophos,monosultap,carbamic acid,chlorfenapyr,indoxacarb and diafenthiuron to Evergestis extimalis Scopoli treated 24h with these pesticides were 4.1278mg/L、5.1388mg/L、5.9060mg/L、5.2977mg/L、6.5671mg/L、8.8636mg/L、10.2747mg/L、14.5448mg/L、11.5089mg/L、8.5582mg/L、5.8473mg/L、55.8615mg/L,respectively;After treated by 48h LC 50 were 2.5759mg/L、0.7514mg/L、0.9522mg/L、1.4031mg/L、0.4814mg/L、5.7853mg/L、8.3911mg/L、9.7326mg/L、6.0748mg/L、4.0121mg/L、6.1810mg/L、26.5905mg/L.Conclusions:The LC 50 of avermectins,beta-cypermethrin,spinosad,chlorantraniliprole were lower than others pesticides indicated the 4 pesticides deserved generalization for control this pest insect in practice.
