提高免烫衬衫袖窿平整度的方法

摘　　要：从缝制操作人员选择、缝制方法调整、缝制设备选择与调试,以及衬衫样板调整方面,分析和总结提高免烫衬衫袖窿平整度级别的方法。研究表明,综合采用上述方法,可使免烫衬衫的袖窿平整度级别由洗前2.5级提高至3.2~3.5级,洗后2.0级提高至3.0~3.2级,从而达到客户要求。From the aspects of operator selection, sewing method adjustment, sewing equipment selection and adjustment, as well as shirt template adjustmen, the methods of improving the level of armholes flatness of no-iron shirt were analyzed and summarized. The research results showed that the level of armhole flatness increased from 2.5 to 3.2~3.5 before washing and from 2.0 to 3.0~3.2 after washing, so as to meet customers requirements.
