摘 要:采用手糊成型工艺将环氧树脂与三维机织夹芯织物及玻纤平纹织物复合,制成三维夹芯复合材料,并采用不同的冲击高度对其进行低速冲击试验。利用Instron 5969H型万能材料试验机对经过低速冲击试验的三维夹芯复合材料的弯曲性能进行测试,分析冲击高度对三维夹芯复合材料弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:同种三维夹芯复合材料的弯曲性能与冲击高度呈负相关;相同冲击高度下,同种三维夹芯复合材料的经向剩余弯曲强度明显低于其纬向剩余弯曲强度。Epoxy resin was composited with 3D woven sandwich fabrics and glass fiber plain fabrics by hand lay-up molding process to form 3D sandwich composites,which were subjected to low-velocity impact experiments by using different impact heights.The Instron 5969H universal material testing machine was used to measure the bending performance of the 3D sandwich composites after low-velocity impact,and the effects of impact heights on the bending performance of the 3D sandwich composites were analyzed.The results showed that the bending performance of the same 3D sandwich composite was negatively correlated with the impact height.Under the same impact height,the warp residual bending strength of the same 3D sandwich composite was significantly lower than its weft residual bending strength.
