中医治疗黄斑水肿的用药规律

摘　　要：目的分析中医治疗黄斑水肿的用药规律。方法计算机检索知网、万方数据库中有关中医药治疗黄斑水肿的文献,筛选出组方明确的方剂。应用中医传承辅助系统软件分析其用药规律。结果共获72首方剂,涉及中药120味。药物性味以甘温为主,主要归肝、脾、心、肾经。使用频次≥10次以上的药物共有25味,其中以茯苓的使用频次最高。演化得出8个核心组合,聚类得到4首新处方。结论治疗黄斑水肿的方剂组方以活血利水为主多用甘温之药。Objective To analyze the medication rule of macular edema treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A computer-based retrieval was performed in CNKI and Wanfang database for literatures about macular edema treated by traditional Chinese medicine,then the prescriptions with definite formulas were screened out.The medication rule was analyzed using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.Results A total of 72 prescriptions involving 120 herbs were obtained.The main flavor of the herbs was sweet and warm,and the meridians the herbs involving mostly included liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian and kidney meridian.Of 25 medicines with a frequency of utilization≥10 times,Poria cocos got the highest frequency.Eight core groups were evolved,then 4 new prescriptions were obtained by clustering.Conclusion The prescriptions for treating macular edema mainly involve in promoting blood circulation and water retention,commonly using the herbs with sweet-warn flavor.
