摘  要:本文选择Global Malmquist-Luenberger模型测算低碳视角下的建筑业绿色全要素生产率,并进行影响因素分析。结果表明:(1)建筑业绿色全要素生产率以年均0.33%的速度缓慢增长,增长动力主要来自于技术进步,技术效率起辅助性作用;(2)四大区域均呈增长趋势,区域间差异明显;(3)全要素生产率对建筑业产出增长的贡献率表现出V型波动的倾向,仍呈现出粗放性的行业特征;(4)可通过优化能源消费结构、提高劳动力素质以及促进建筑业市场化来促进建筑业的绿色全要素生产率增长。The Global Malmquist-Luenberger model is selected to measure the green total factor productivity of the construction industry from a low-carbon perspective,and the influencing factors are analyzed.The results show that:The results are as followed:(1) the national level,the GTFP of construction industry is growing at an average annual rate of 0.33%.The growth momentum mainly comes from technological progress,and the technical efficiency plays an auxiliary role;(2) the GTFP of the construction industry in the four major regions shows an increasing trend.Except for the deterioration of technical efficiency in the northeast region,other regions Growth comes from the joint advancement of technological progress and technical efficiency;(3) the contribution rate of GTFP to economic growth of construction industry shows a tendency of V-shaped fluctuations,and its industry development characteristics of the industry still is extensive;(4) finally,it is found that the green TFP of the construction industry can be promoted by optimization of energy consumption structure,improvement of quality of the construction industry,and higher marketization of the construction industry.
