摘　　要：城市基础设施建设为区域经济的发展提供了重要的物质基础,是区域经济发展的重要先决条件。本文利用熵权TOPSIS法来衡量城市基础设施水平,基于2005~2017年间我国30个省市的面板数据,采用中介效应的分析方法对城市基础设施对我国区域经济发展的影响进行研究,运用面板门槛模型对两者之间的非线性关系进行探讨。结果表明:城市基础设施并非直接影响区域经济发展,技术创新在城市基础设施对区域经济发展的影响过程中起到了完全中介效应的作用,中介效应值为46.3%;随着城市基础设施建设水平的提升,其对区域经济发展呈现出边际效应递减的规律;财政支出、人力资本、固定资产投资及城镇化水平对区域经济发展起到了促进作用,外商直接投资对区域经济的发展有抑制作用。在此基础上提出对策建议,以期为区域经济的发展提供理论和数据支持。Urban infrastructure construction provides an important material basis for the development of regional economy and an important prerequisite for regional economic development.Firstly,the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to measure the urban infrastructure level.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China during 2005~2017,the mediation effect analysis method is used to study the impact of urban infrastructure on China's regional economic development.The panel threshold model discusses the nonlinear relationship between the two.The results show that the impact of urban infrastructure on regional economic development is not a direct mediation effect in the process of urban infrastructure impact on regional economic development.The median effect value is 46.3%;with the level of urban infrastructure construction.The promotion has a law of diminishing marginal effect on regional economic development;fiscal expenditure,human capital,fixed asset investment and urbanization have played a role in promoting regional economic development,and foreign direct investment has a depressing effect on regional economic development.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide theoretical and data support for the development of regional economy.
