摘  要:苏里格气田位于鄂尔多斯盆地中部,是近年来勘探开发的主力气田之一。该气田为低孔、低渗、低压、低产量气田,开发难度较大。且随着气田的开发过程,气井井口产水量增大,给地面水处理工艺带来了一定的压力。采出水一般具有腐蚀性,因此通过分离器分离出的水,需要运送到处理厂进行处理后再回注到地层。以往采出水以车辆拉运的方式运输,效率低且成本高。现苏里格西区实验运行气田采出水管输工程,为气田采出水的运输提出新的输送工艺,解决冬季生产运行时恶劣天气下气田采出水的拉运问题。Sulige gas field is located in the middle of Ordos basin, which is one o f the main gas fields for exploration and development in recent years. It is a low porosity, low permeability, low pressure and low production gas field, so it is difficult to develop the gas field. With the development of the gas field, the water production at the wellhead of the gas well increases, which brings pressure to the surface water treatment process. The produced water is generally corrosive, so the water separated by the separator needs to be transported to the treatment plant for treatment and reinjection to the formation. In the past, the produced water was hauled by vehicles with low efficiency and high cost. Now produced water pipeline transportation process is used in the western Sulige gas field, which can provide a new transportation technology for gas field produced water and solve the transportation problem of gas field produced water in winter.
