摘  要:将水热合成四氧化三铁负载的石墨烯(rGO/Fe3O4)引入到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)基体中,制备三元复合电介质材料(rGO/Fe3O4/PVDF).利用SEM、TEM、XRD、阻抗分析仪等测试手段对复合材料的形貌、结构、介电性能进行了表征,着重研究了材料在不同温度下的介电性能及极化特性.结果表明,Fe3O4的存在有效促进了石墨烯的分散,协同增强了PVDF电介质的介电性能.此外,复合材料的表面极化表现出了很强的温度依赖性,其介电常数随着温度升高而增大,尤其在玻璃化转变温度和熔点附近,材料表现出较大的介电松弛.Hydrothermal synthesized Fe3O4 decorated graphene (rGO/Fe3O4) was introduced into polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) matrix to prepare ternary hybrid dielectric materials (rGO/Fe3O4/PVDF).The morphology, structure, thermal, electrical properties of the composites were investigated systematically by SEM, TEM, XRD and impedance analyzer.The dielectric properties and polarization characteristics of the materials at different temperatures were particularly explored.The results showed that the Fe3O4 effectively promoted the dispersion of graphene and synergistically enhanced the dielectric performance of PVDF dielectrics.In addition, the surface polarization of the composite exhibited a strong temperature dependence, and its dielectric constant increased with the increase of temperature, especially in the vicinity of glass transition temperature and melting point.
