摘  要:目的探讨微创切口改良入路手术治疗腕舟状骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月-2018年5月收治的23例腕舟状骨骨折,均采取联合微创切口手术方法,于腕背侧穿入克氏针定位、腕掌侧置入内固定物治疗。术后予半掌样管型石膏固定2~3周,拆除后积极行康复功能训练。结果术后随访6~12个月,术区伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,无骨不连及骨坏死等情况。术后11~15周骨折均愈合,May评分优良率达93%。结论微创切口改良入路手术方法治疗腕舟状骨骨折,术后愈合情况好,腕关节功能恢复效果满意度高,是临床上有效的治疗方法之一。Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive incision modified approach in the treatment of scaphoid fracture. Methods From March 2015 to May 2018, 23 cases with scaphoid fracture received treatment in our department were selected. All of them were treated with minimally invasive incision, with kirschner wire inserted into the dorsal side of the wrist, and internal fixator placed at the palmar side of the wrist to treat scaphoid fracture. After the surgery, the patients were fixed with a halfpalm sample tube plaster for 2-3 weeks, active rehabilitation exercise was carried out after removal. Results Postoperative follow-up was conducted for 6 to 12 months, all the wounds in the operative area were healed in one stage, no bone nonunion and osteonecrosis were observed, all the fractures healed in 11 to 15 weeks after the operation, the excellent and good rate of May score was up to 93%. Conclusion Minimally invasive incision and modified approach is one of the effective methods in clinical treatment of wrist scaphoid fracture, with good postoperative healing and high satisfaction of the wrist function recovery.
