摘　　要：目的探讨示指背侧岛状皮瓣联合掌长肌腱移植修复拇指背侧皮肤并肌腱缺损的临床疗效。方法2009年1月-2018年1月,应用示指背侧岛状皮瓣联合掌长肌腱移植修复拇指背侧皮肤并肌腱缺损32例。皮瓣面积最大3.5 cm×5.0 cm,最小1.5 cm×2.0 cm。结果术后3例皮瓣出现静脉回流障碍,余29例皮瓣全部成活,随访6~24个月,拇指外观及功能良好,感觉良好。结论示指背侧岛状皮瓣联合掌长肌腱移植是修复拇指背侧皮肤、肌腱缺损的较好方法。Objective To introduce the clinical application of dorsal island flap of index finger combined with palmaris longus tendon transplantation in repairing dorsal thumb skin and tendon defects. Methods From January 2009 to January 2018, 32 cases of dorsal thumb skin and tendon defects were repaired with dorsal island flap of index finger combined with palmaris longus tendon transplantation in Laiwu Central Hospital of New Mining Group. The flap area was 3.5 cm ×5.0 cm and the smallest was 1.5 cm×2.0 cm.Results The venous reflux obstruction occurred in 3 cases, and all the other 29 cases survived. Followup for 6 to 24 months showed that the appearance and function of thumb were good and the sensory function was good. Conclusion The dorsal island flap of index finger combined with palmaris longus tendon transplantation is a good method for repairing the dorsal thumb skin and tendon defects.
