摘 要:以钛铁矿钛液水解后的偏钛酸为原料,研究了磷酸对偏钛酸pH值、钛白初品金红石转化、消色力和亮度的影响规律。结果表明:磷酸电离得到的磷酸根或磷酸氢根离子与体系中的阳离子结合成了沉淀,电离出的氢离子抑制了偏钛酸的电离。随着磷酸掺入量的增加,金红石晶型转化起始温度和TiO2全部转化成金红石时的温度逐渐提高。样品中P2O5含量与金红石晶型转化起始温度和TiO2全部转化成金红石时的温度均呈正线性相关关系。在钾-磷-铝盐处理体系中,P2O5含量低于0.13%时,消色力TCS和蓝相SCX大幅降低;P2O5含量高于0.13%时,磷酸对消色力TCS和蓝相SCX的影响不显著。初品中P2O5含量0.15%~0.19%时,初品亮度值较佳。The effect of phosphoric acid on the pH of metatitanic acid,the transformation of crude product into rutile,the achromatic force and the luminance of the samples was studied using the metatitanic acid hydrolyzed from titanium solution of ilmenite as raw material.The results show that the phosphate radical or hydrogen phosphate ionized from the phosphoric acid combines with the cations in the system to form precipitate,and the ionized hydrogen ions inhibit the ionization of metatitanic acid.With increase of the phosphoric acid content,the initial and terminal temperatures of the transformation of rutile crystals gradually increase.The content of P2O5 in the samples is positively correlated with the initial or terminal temperature of the transformation.In the potassium-phosphorus-aluminum salts treatment system,the achromatic force TCS and blue phase SCX of the samples decrease significantly at P2O5 content lower than 0.13%.When the P2O5 content is higher than 0.13%,the influence of phosphoric acid on TCS and SCX is not significant.Better brightness value of the crude product can be obtained at 0.15%~ 0.19% of P2O5 content.
