选钛尾矿制备搪瓷涂层及腐蚀电化学行为研究

摘  要:以攀枝花选钛尾矿为原料制备出搪瓷涂层,采用动电位极化曲线(Tafel)和交流阻抗谱(EIS)研究了搪瓷涂层在30%HCl溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为。研究结果表明,随着选钛尾矿加入量的增加,制备出的搪瓷涂层结构中气泡率随之增加,生成的氧化铁-铁相枝晶结构增大,相互嵌入,岛和锚状结构明显。搪瓷涂层在30%HCl溶液中的极化曲线Ecorr随着尾矿加入量的增加而逐渐降低,腐蚀速度加快,耐酸性能降低。交流阻抗谱Nyquisy图高频区表现出较大半径的容抗弧,低频区出现弥散效应,低频区相角θ趋于5°,log|Z|~logf近似一条水平直线,涂层表现为高阻抗的纯电阻。因此,选钛尾矿制备搪瓷涂层的最佳加入量为8%~10%。The enamel coating was prepared from the titanium tailings in Panzhihua area,and the electrochemical corrosion behaviors of the enamel coating in 30% HCl solution were studied using potentiodynamic polarization curve (Tafel) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results show that the amount of bubbles in the enamel coating and the iron oxides-iron phase dendrite structures increase,and the island and anchor structures are obviously embedded into each other,with the increase of the addition of titanium tailings.The polarization curve Ecorr of the enamel coating in 30% HCl solution decreases with the increase of titanium tailings content,and the corrosion rate increases.A large radius of capacitive reactance arc is found in the high-frequency region of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy Nyquisy,and the diffusion effect can be observed in the low-frequency region where the phase angle θ is near 5° and log|Z|~logf diagram approximates to a horizontal line.The coating presents as pure resistance with high impedance.Therefore,the optimal content of titanium tailings is 8%~10%.
