摘　　要：广东作为改革和基层治理的先行者,在取得显著成效的同时,也遇到了多方面的问题,有必要进行深入调查。本文旨在阐述调研过程中发现的广东农村基层反映在空巢现象仍然明显、党组织领导地位不突出、村"两委"选举程序问题多、土地权属纠纷问题严重和涉农领域职务犯罪多等方面的治理问题,分析其产生的原因,并有针对性地提出广东实现党建引领下的"三治合一"的乡村治理体系的对策建议。As the forerunner of reform and grass-roots governance,Guangdong has not only got remarkable achievement,but also encountered various problems,which need to be further investigated..This paper elucidates the problems of rural governance in Guangdong province China,where the phenomenon of empty nests is still obvious,the leadership of Party organizations is not prominent,the election procedures of“two committees”in villages are numerous have many problems,the land tenure disputes are serious,and the number of duty crimes in agriculture is numerous.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons for these problems above.It also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the rural“Three-in-one”governance system under the leadership of the Party in Guangdong province.
