摘　　要：建设好中国特色现代大学的关键是处理好政府与大学的资源配置关系,当前高等教育领域的“放管服”改革,可部分借鉴欧美发达国家好的做法,结合中国特色现代大学办学实际,扩大高校办学自主权,优化高校办学资源配置,促进中国特色现代大学健康发展。The key to build a modern university with Chinese characteristics is to deal with the relationship between government and university resource allocation.At present,the reform of“Dressing in Control“in higher education,can partly draw lessons from the good practices of developed countries in Europe and America.Combined with the reality of running universities with Chinese characteristics,to expand the autonomy and optimize the allocation of resources is a good way to promote the healthy development of modern universities with Chinese characteristics.
