贫困山区补齐文化发展短板问题探究

摘　　要：改革开放40年来,我国文化建设取得了显著成就,但贫困山区文化发展明显滞后,已成为制约经济社会发展的突出短板。建议通过转变思想观念、加强队伍建设、加大投资力度、改善基础设施、实现资源共享等措施,补齐贫困山区文化发展短板。China has made remarkable achievements in cultural construction in since 40 years of reform and opening up. But the cultural development in poor mountainous areas lags behind obviously, which has become a prominent weakness restricting economic and social development. It is suggested to strengthen the weak links in cultural development in poor mountainous areas by changing ideas, strengthening team construction, increasing the investment, improving infrastructure and realizing resource sharing.
