摘  要:用氢氧化钠对农业废弃物玉米秸秆进行改性来制备柴油吸附剂,通过模拟实验,考察其对在海水中的柴油的吸附能力,研究其吸附机理。实验设置NaOH质量分数、处理时间、秸秆粒度等几个秸秆改性条件,来研究改性后的秸秆的吸附性能。结果表明,在温度相同、固液比为1∶100条件下,氢氧化钠的质量分数为3%、处理时间为10h的条件下,秸秆芯对柴油的吸附效果最好,为7.75g/g,比未处理之前的吸油效率3.88g/g,提高了99.68%。Corn stalk was used to adsorb diesel in seawater after being modified with NaOH. The absorption capacity and mechanism of the modified corn stalk to diesel were studied through simulation experiments. The factors such as NaOH concentration, treatment time and straw granularity on the absorption performance were tested. The results showed that, at same temperature and 1∶100 solid-to-liquid ratio, the absorption efficiency was the best when the mass fraction of NaOH was 3% and the treatment time was 10 h. The absorption efficiency reached 7.75 g/g, increasing 99.68% more than that of the absorption efficiency of untreated corn stalk which was 3.88 g/g.
