摘  要:在生产合金化镀锌板(GA)的工艺中,高频感应加热器是不可或缺的关键设备。通过非接触式的感应加热,快速实现锌层的合金化。以宝钢某GA机组装备的并联谐振高频感应加热器为研究对象,阐述加热原理及设备特点。针对现场使用中出现的带钢规格跳跃和感应加热线圈处断带问题,探讨了原因,给出了工程上行之有效的解决办法,以供后续工程建设借鉴参考。High frequency induction heater is indispensable for producing alloyed galvanized sheet(GA)process.The alloying of zinc layer is realized quickly through non-contact induction heating.A parallel resonant high frequency induction heater equipped in a GA unit of Baosteel is taken as the research object,and the heating principle and equipment characteristics are expounded.In view of the problem of strip steel specification jumping and induction heating coil breaking in the induction coil,the reasons are discussed,and the effective solutions to the project are given so that the follow-up engineering construction can be used for reference.
